Made-to-order items All Tarmac Ritual products are made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at tarmacritual@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the fault or damage

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or undelivered orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner. If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund in full.
